Unique and Classy Wedding Invitation Card

First Step

If you are interested in having your own unique stationery designed please call us at 9066-5977 or email us at legacy.design@gmail.com to make an appointment. Our Sales coordinator will come to your place, with samples and form for you to fill up. We prefer that you set up an appointment, that way we can give you our attention when we get together to talk over ideas, timelines and pricing. You will be given a form that will help you to roughly describe your ideas and special request to help us in designing the invitation card as you wished. A minimum order of 100 cards is required for hard cover material.

Second Step

If you do choose our services, we require a 50% deposit before we begin to design and produce your mock-ups. However this deposit goes towards your final balance and is NOT a separate fee. Around 1 week after your initial consultation, we will show you design for a minimum of two proofs and a maximum of four. All information (wording, images, etc) must be provided to us during this second consultation, after which we will tweak the design to perfection. If a second or third round of proofs is needed we can provide this to you via email or fax, whichever is convenient for you.

Final Step

We will give you the final artwork in an email or fax and at this point you will need to carefully review all copy and design for any changes. When you are ready for approval, we will need a signed and dated copy of the final proof returned by email or fax to begin production on your personalized stationery. A final payment will also be required at this time.

Production Period

The production will take around 6-8 weeks after final draft approval signed and received by One.Legacy Design and after the final payment received. The invitation cards will be ready for collection and if you want us to deliver to designated place, a minimum cost of $15.00 is applied.
